Daybreak Transitional Housing

A transitional housing ministry providing housing to families who would otherwise be homeless or living in difficult situations.   Our goal is to help families, most often mothers with children, make the transition from homelessness  to self-sufficient through financial mentoring and support services through Bridge Communities.  Please contact Elevene Bryant at 630-985-7687 to serve with this amazing team.
