Hello Friend,
As we enter the second week of Lent, we are settling into a steady, purposeful rhythm. Our Lenten sacrifice – our fasting, prayer, and almsgiving- are not ends themselves, but pathways toward a profound inner transformation. Together, we continue our journey to seek the light of Christ in our daily lives by our midweek reflection and adoration and Stations of the Cross.
May God grant you your prayers and desires this week and beyond. Please let the parish staff know how we can serve you!
God Bless ~ Frs. Mark & Juan Jose, and your Parish

Lord God,
We lift up the participants and leaders of this weekend’s STORM retreat. In the midst of the noise and pressures of their daily lives, we ask that You create a sacred space for them to encounter Your presence.
May the Holy Spirit move powerfully through every talk, every prayer, and every moment of fellowship. Grant the students ears to hear Your call and hearts courageous enough to respond.
Protect them in their travels and keep them united in spirit, that they may return to St. Scholastica refreshed and ready to live out their faith.
Amen

Heavenly, Father, We lift up our students and those in religious education. Guide them as they seek to know You more deeply, and let Your Word be a lamp for their feet. Bless their teachers and catechists with wisdom and patience, and may their families be the first teachers of faith.

A sincere thank you to the Members of the CCW for leading us in Adoration this week and Wednesdays throughout Lent. In the midst of a busy Lenten season, your leadership provided a wonderful opportunity for us to step back and find “the quiet” in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament.
Thank you for providing our community with such a meaningful time of peace and reflection!
