Hello Friend,
The temperatures are heating up, and the more relaxed days of summer are upon us. This time of year is a great opportunity for our children to grow their faith and deepen their relationship with God. Here at St. Scholastica we have many opportunities for these blessings, such as Vacation Bible School and the STORM Youth Mission Trips.
These formative experiences simply wouldn’t be possible without the incredible dedication of our volunteers – thank you so much to our parish family for supporting these programs. As our kids embark on these summer journeys, let’s keep them, and the leaders guiding them, in our daily prayers.
May God grant you your prayers and desires this week and beyond. Please let the parish staff know how we can serve you!
God bless ~ Frs. Mark & Juan Jose, and your parish

Next weekend we celebrate all fathers on Father’s Day, including our spiritual fathers, also known as our parish priests. Our parish priests dedicate their lives to serving God, the Church, and their parish families. And when a priest may fall seriously ill, it is our duty as Catholics to care for them.
Please prayerfully consider supporting our infirm and retired priests so they receive the dignity, safety, and higher quality of care needed with a gift to the Father’s Day Second Collection.
On behalf of all priests who will benefit from your sacrifice, thank you!

Cheers to the newlyweds, congratulations Allison and Benjamin! May your marriage be abundantly blessed, and may you find immense strength, love, and laughter as you walk hand in hand under the union of God. May you be blessed with many years of joy.

It is with such joy that we continue to welcome new children into the fold of God’s love with baptisms this season. If you’re interested in being an assistant at the baptisms and helping set up for these beautiful sacraments, please contact the Parish Office.
Additionally, just as we celebrate new beginnings, we also walk alongside families walking through grief, offering them comfort and peace. We are also looking for volunteers to serve as Mass coordinators for funerals, helping prepare the sacred space for families during these meaningful services.

We are officially halfway through an amazing week of Illumination Station VBS at St. Scholastica!
Our campers are having the BEST time as we shine a light on who Jesus really is through faith, friendship, crafts, games, music, and plenty of fun!! Today was especially meaningful as we gathered together for a beautiful Mass.
Thank you to our St. Scholastica parish community for continuing to keep our campers, families, and volunteers in your prayers. Your support helps make this week so special.
The light is shining brightly at St. Scholastica and we can’t wait for the rest of the week!
