As we gather this week to celebrate the 14th Sunday in Ordinary Time, our hearts are overflowing with reasons to give thanks. Not only are we marking a historic milestone as a nation celebrating America’s 250th Independence Day, but we are also blessed with a wonderful new beginning right here at home. We extend the warmest of parish welcomes to Fr. Dandu, who officially joins us this week!

BOUNTIFUL BLESSINGS

Our former storage room has been beautifully transformed into the Fr. Tom Sularz Room. This welcoming space is now available for all our ministries to gather, connect, and collaborate. The room is dedicated in honor of Fr. Sularz, who first envisioned the expansion of our parish. His vision was carried forward by Fr. Riva, embraced by Fr. Norbert, and brought to completion under Fr. Mark’s leadership. We’re so grateful to see this space come to life for our community!

Thank you to everyone who has already given Father Dandu such a warm welcome. He will continue to celebrate his first Masses this weekend, where you can say hello. Or introduce yourself at our Lemonade and Donuts refreshments on Thursday, July 9, after Daily Mass.

A Swing and a Prayer Golf Outing

Join Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet for A Swing and a Prayer, our annual golf outing benefiting programs and services that provide hope, help, and support to individuals and families throughout the Diocese of Joliet.

The event will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club, Lemont.

Enjoy a day of golf, fellowship, and fun while supporting the important programs and services provided by Catholic Charities. Golfers will receive 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch at the turn, drinks on the course, cocktail hour, buffet dinner, and the opportunity to participate in contests and win prizes.
