Hello, Friend,
As we reach the heart of midsummer, our parish family is entering a sacred season of rest. This Sunday’s Gospel reminds us that a seed must rest hidden in the soil to grow. By taking this time to pause and refresh ourselves now, we are preparing our hearts for a bountiful harvest in the fall, allowing us to return rejuvenated and ready to grow even closer to God. We wish every single one of you a deeply restful, safe summer!
May God grant your prayers and desires this week and beyond. Please let the parish staff know how we can serve you!
God bless ~ Frs. Mark & Asirvadam, and your parish

Christmas in July next Friday, July 24th!

With the intense summer heat we are experiencing right now, we want to make sure everyone in our community stays safe, healthy, and hydrated. Here are a few quick tips to beat the heat this week:
|
Most importantly, please know that our parish doors are open to you. If the heat becomes too much, or if you simply need a break while out and about, please stop by! Come step in, say a prayer, grab a cold, refreshing drink, and enjoy a peaceful place to cool off in the air conditioning.

Following the incredible grace, energy, and transformative fire our STORM participants experienced at the Steubenville Conference, our youth ministry has entered a natural midsummer quiet period.
As this Sunday’s Gospel reminds us in the Parable of the Wheat and the Weeds, Jesus speaks of seeds growing hidden beneath the soil. Our youth have laid the seeds of faith through their prayers, fellowship, and dynamic conference experiences. Now, just like a field in midsummer, we all need to rest to grow. True spiritual fruit requires seasons of quiet watering, waiting, and deep rooting.
None of this would be possible without you! We extend our deepest gratitude to our entire parish family for supporting our youth so that they can attend these conferences and mission trips. Without your prayers, financial support, and encouragement, we would not be able to help our youth encounter Christ and grow closer to God.
STORM will be back in action this August for another fundraising opportunity with their late-summer car wash. Your continued support helps keep this momentum going.
