Instructions

Once your form has been submitted, Mrs. Gamino, our Director of Faith Formation, will review your application to ensure we are providing the best possible faith journey for your family. Every effort will be made to honor your class preference. Registrations will be finalized in August.
Please note that children must complete two consecutive years of Faith Formation before receiving any sacraments, including First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation.
Registration is not considered complete until all four supplemental documents have been submitted via email to: REregistration@stsparish.org or dropped off at the Parish Office.
