Daybreak Transitional Housing

A transitional housing ministry providing housing to families who would otherwise be homeless
or living in unacceptable and difficult situations. Our goal is to help families, most often mothers
with children, make the transition from being homeless, and often jobless, to becoming selfsufficient, through mentoring and support.
