REGISTRATION PROCESS 2026-2027
Registration for the upcoming year has moved to an online format within our parish database system, PDS.
Before you begin the registration process, please be sure you have your parishioner/church ID number available, as well as your full payment ready. Full payment will be required at the time of submission to complete registration. If you do not have these items ready to go, please do not begin the registration process, as the system does not save your progress and you will need to start over. We want to respect your time and avoid any unnecessary frustration. If you do not know your parishioner/church ID number, it can be found on your OSV offertory envelopes. You may also contact the parish office, and they will be happy to assist you in locating it.
As you know, active participation in St. Scholastica Parish is a requirement for Religious Education enrollment. In order for our program to be most effective, it must be strengthened by full family participation in the liturgical, social, and educational life of the parish. Attendance at Sunday Mass is an essential part of this commitment. Regular participation in the Eucharist strengthens your child’s sense of belonging, faith, community, and fellowship within the Church.
If you are not currently a registered parishioner, the registration form is available on our parish website under the Community tab within the Registration section or you may contact the parish office directly to begin the registration process.
REGISTRATION COMPLETION & REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Once online registration and payment are complete, the next step is to submit the required documents. These may be emailed, mailed, or dropped off at the parish office.
Please note the following required documents:
- Diocese of Joliet (DOJ) Acknowledgment Form 2026–2027
- Emergency Contact Form 2026–2027
- DOJ Permission/Medical Release for Minors (one form required for EACH child, per diocesan policy)
- Baptism Certificate (required for new families or children not baptized at St. Scholastica)
All forms can be found down lower on this page.
Please ensure all documents are submitted in their entirety. Our classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis, and submitting complete registration materials promptly helps secure your child’s spot. Early registration also allows us to recruit enough catechists and aides, and to properly plan and purchase materials for the upcoming year.

Please contact lgamino@stsparish.org to begin this process prior to registering.
RE VOLUNTEER TUITION DISCOUNTS
Our RE program is sustained through the generosity of volunteers, and we are deeply grateful for their time, faith, and dedication in supporting our families and children. Catechists, aides, and volunteers are eligible for a student tuition discount in recognition of their service.
Current Catechists, Aides, and Volunteers:
If you are already serving in one of these roles, you may register online for the 2026–2027 Religious Education year. When registering, please select ONE tuition discount option that corresponds to your current approved volunteer role.
Individuals Interested in Volunteering:
If you are interested in becoming a Catechist, aide, or volunteer, we kindly ask that you do not complete online registration first. Instead, please reach out to the Director of Religious Education, Lindsay Gamino, at lgamino@stsparish.org to explore available opportunities within the program. We are truly grateful for your willingness to serve, and this initial conversation allows us to thoughtfully discern appropriate placements that align both with the needs of the program and the gifts, experience, and availability of our volunteers. Following this discussion and upon approval, you will be guided on the next steps for registration, if a placement is available.
